Materials Needed For This Easy Toddler Art Project:

  • Non-Toxic, Washable Paint
  • Paintbrush
  • A Square Of Bubble Wrap
  • A Cup Of Water For Rinsing Paintbrush
  • A Dishcloth or Paper Towel For Dabbing Paintbrush

How To Make This Easy Toddler Art Project:

First, start with a clean working area. Set up a place for the paint, the water cup, the paper towel or dishcloth, and the bubble wrap.

Next, let your toddler or preschooler paint the bubble wrap. You may want to grab a paint brush and help too if your toddler or preschooler seems a little hesitant! Don’t forget to show your child how to rinse the paintbrush in the water and pat the excess water off on the dishcloth between colors.

This is also a great time to gently reinforce the names of the colors to your child if s/he is still learning them.

When the bubble wrap is completely painted, let it air dry and this easy toddler art project is complete!
